If your one of those people that must know how things work at the deeper levels, locking picking might be for you. It can be fun and interesting trying to figure out how locks work and picking them. Some locks are hard and some can be easy, but the tools you use can go a long way in helping you. Not all kits are created equal, although nice tools don’t necessarily mean breaking the bank. Below you find a few links and a quick review of some of the tools I have used for my learnings…
Secure Pro Credit Card Lock Pick Set
Secure Pro Credit Card Lock Pick Set. This kit is a slender credit card sized 5 piece kit capable of picking most styles of locks. The tools themselves may be a bit on the thin side, but it is a credit card sized kit. The torsion wrench leaves a little to be desired but over all it is a solid kit and can’t be beat for the price. With this kit there’s no excuse to not have a set of picks on you.

7-Piece Dimple Lock Pick Set
This kit is a little more of a specialized kit, it includes 5 picks and 2 torsion wrenches. The picks are thick and well built with nice textured handles, making them great for prolonged use. Most of these picks are more of a rake style, but they all feature a unique L-Shaped pick. This kit is specifically designed for Dimple style locks.

This final kit comes from Southord and screams quality. The kit comes with a nice zip up leather pouch to hold all of your tools. Its a 14 piece kit featuring 10 picks and 4 torsion wrenches for a well rounded kit. It also comes with 10 rubberized grips to slip on the picks, which makes them extremely nice and easy to work with. This is my jack of all trades kit and most likely the last one I will purchase for now. If your looking for one solid high-quality kit that is also easy to carry, this is the one for you.
